Movie Review: Worth it for a WHO fan
Summary: 4 Stars
If you are a WHO fan then this video is worth it. It tells a lot about the origins of "TOMMY". I am not a big fan of the Broadway "TOMMY" (which they spend a little bit too much time talking about) but it does show some rare clips of THE WHO. You get clips from Tanglewood (7/7/1970) that is not shown on "30 YEARS OF MAXIMUM R & B", clips from the London Coliseum(Dec. 1969)that is not show on "30 YEARS" or "KIDS ARE ALRIGHT", clips from New York Metropolitan Opera House (may 1969) plus a lot of great interviews with Pete Townshend, Roger Daltrey, & John Entwistle. You can find it here on Amazon really cheap, so pick up a copy.
