I have been telling my friends about this movie for years trying to find someone to tell me what it was called...all I had was a vague recollection of watching it before going out trick-or-treating when I was little and a little memory of the plot, something along the lines of "the witch didn't want to be apart of Halloween but she had to because she was the one who started Halloween and Dracula had to convince her that the children loved her so she would fly across the moon" Not to much to go on but finally I found it...I told them I wasn't making it up!! This movie is one of my favorite things about Halloween to me it was Halloween's version of a Christmas Carol! Now if it would just come out of DVD!!!Movie Review: Waiting on DVD!!!!!!!

I agree, when will this movie come out on DVD! I remember watching this movie when I was a kid. It made Halloween twice as fun and special. I don't know what it was about the movie that I loved so much, but there was definately something magical about it. I also remember how depressed and saddened I became when the T.V. network pulled the plug and stopped showing this movie. I didn't even know it was released on video back in 92 or else I would have bought the movie! Now I want it on DVD----BAD! I would love to show this movie to my son and have the magic of the movie touch him the way it touched me! Ah yes, the good ole innocent days of Halloween, seen through the eyes of a child. Movie Review: PUT IT ON DVD!!!!

I saw this short movie on TV on halloween night as a kid. I loved it.
I taped it once on VHS-but I lost the tape in the mess of 300 VHS tapes I own in what was my desparate attempt to record and capture special tv movies/shows from my childhood.
Even if I had the tape-it was all fuzzy and going bad.
It's the best traditional family fun short movie comedy that I've ever seen. There's nothing out there like it. I WANT THE ORIGINAL VERSION OF THIS ON DVD!!!!
