Movie Review: My favourite fitness video

Of all the fitness videos I've tried out, this one is my favourite. I appreciate that folks of all different fitness levels can benefit from this tape. Also, I think it's great that the celebrities on this tape have regular bodies (like most of us) and speak like normal people rather than sounding rehearsed.Movie Review: Outstanding

I love the Target and Tone tape by Kathy but this one is geared more towards absolute beginners or people with low expectations. It's not very well produced, it has a low budget look and feel. The celebs she works out with don't all have the best bods or the most interesting things to say while they sweat with Kathy. Kaehler's physique is really the only inspiring one on the tape. The toning with weights is very effective but the step is infintely boring! If you've ever done step with any other tape or have taken a class, you'll hate the step segments. But the upper body portion as well as the rest of the toning is decent. My advice; buy Target and Tone for sculpting and stick with other cardio tape options. I have had this tape for years, and am pleased with the ability to increase the intensity as you progress in your fitness levels. It has some great strength training exercises, and is not a "dance" tape, but has very basic choreography that can really get your body in shape. I used this before, during and after my pregnancy, and I am very grateful to have had it - it's the backbone of my fitness routine. ENDMovie Review: good beginner workout, but very dull

This workout is good for beginners, altthough Kathy does not stress form or even begin the workout with a good warm-up. However, I did enjoy the intermediate and advanced stepping sections and the stretch at the end. END
