This video made me realize how far you can go in life with just a little bit of hard work. The workout is tough, but completely worth it. If you're not a kickboxing veteran you need to start with the basic video and work your way up to this one. (<-This point is crucial.) But you will love it once you can handle the whole thing.
I'm pretty picky about workouts and get bored easily when I do the same routine, but unless you're one of the lucky few (celebrities, Socal residents, etc.) with a great kickboxing instructor live at your gym, this video probably beats anything else you can do. The intensity of the workout is amazing. And the moves target very specific parts of your body, so that you'll start seeing good results quickly.
Finally think of all the money (and time, if that's a consideration) you'll save from paying gym membership fees / driving to and from the gym. It's a good investment.

I bought this tape origionally 9 years ago, when I was 20. After completing the Basics and Intermediate levels I quickly moved on to Advanced, and boy did he properly name it! I've never sweated so hard from home, the workout is intense and you will see results quickly with a change in your diet. I loss the tape in a move and had to buy the newer Tae Bo workout DVDs however none of them (at least the ones I purchased) even came close to the older Advanced tape! I mean he must have had people complaining about heart problems and passing out during the workout because his new advanced tapes are basic compared to this one.
I was so happy when I found this tape on Amazon it was like Christmas LOL!
So if you are serious about loosing weight this is the tape for you! If you are new to Tae Bo, still purchase this one but get a basics workout to start you off.
