I absolutely love this video (oh, and my daughter--20 months--likes it, too!) Linda takes the time to teach several signs before the story begins and you can pick up additional signs just by watching it over and over--which is a joy to do! We got this tape as a Christmas gift for our 3 year old boy, who is not hearing impaired but we are trying to introduce him to sign language with several books and tapes. It was a very pleasant surprise for us when we watched the tape; we were fearing it would turn out to be a little bit boring for him, but it was not only fun, he wanted to watch it several times and even learned a few signs the first day. It was also great for us, I found it very interesting and my husband and I ended up signing along with the stories. Linda Bove is great, the stories are loved by children and adults, the acting and the signing are simple, entertaining and easy enough for everybody. It is very easy to identify words such as "cold", "hot", "forest", "tall", "low", "girl", "wolf", "father", "mother", "baby", "bear" and many more. I would definitely recommend this tape to everyone interested in learning sign language or teaching their children.Movie Review: Great Way To Learn How To Sign

I bought this video when my daughter was 2. She is now 3 and still wants to watch it all the time. After the first time watching, she could do a number of signs. Her favorite was 'Wolf' from Little Red Riding Hood. She practices all the time. She now can do most the signs from the video. Her little brother is just 20 months old. He's scared of the wolf, so he leaves the room until the Goldilocks part of the video starts. He likes to try to do the signs also. I expect him to have some figured out by the time he's 2.

I have taught sign language to childeren of ages ranging from pre-kind-6th grade and all the childeren enjoyed this tape, and learned from it! I would reccomend this tape to anyone interested in learning some basic sign vocab!
