I grew up watching these on ABC during Saturday morning cartoons in the early/mid 70's. These are fun to watch and quite effective. The song themes like "A noun is a person, place, or thing" stick in your mind and speaking for myself they did make learning grammar a lot easier. Recommended for kids today or for anyone who was a kid in the mid 70's. Also, as with America Rock, dig that 70's cultural influence in these, like the Shaft/Superfly blaxploitation theme in the Verb segment :) They just don't make 'em like this anymore!Movie Review: Up-beat way to introduce parts of speech to kids.

Uses music, cartoon characters, rap for kids to learn the parts of speech in a fun and entertaining manner. Certainly beats the old memorizing method for most kids.
