Movie Review: Perfect for new moms!

I have a collection of over 20 tapes and this is my favorite-I love Petra's warm style, and although the workout is short, it gets my heart rate up in no time. When my son was born this is the only tape I was guaranteed to get through while he napped-even if he took a "micro-nap" - in 30 minutes I had gotten my workout in. For those of us with no time but the need to work out, this tape is perfect. Unlike a reviewer above, her accent is a big plus-she's very sweet. I also love the industrial set and video background. There's no silly conversation or comments that are inevitably annoying once you've watched a tape a couple of times. I highly recommend this tape.Movie Review: fun, but not long enough!

I enjoy stepping with this video, but it's not long enough for me. If you're a beginner it might be perfect, but for advanced steppers it's not enough. I have to play it twice just to get a good workout.Movie Review: F A S T & F U N !

This video is really fast and really fun. Although it gets my pulse going, I have to admit it isn't a very strong workout. It is very short and there are no sit-ups or push-ups at the end (I usually add them myself). The steps don't repeat as much as other videos which means you don't feel your muscles burn. The workout is more complex than the original Reebok step workout, but I picked it up after 4 or 5 times and it's much more interesting. I do this tape a lot and use it to motivate me on days I am looking for an excuse not to exercise; no time, it only takes 25 minutes, not enough energy, it's a really easy work-out. I like Petra's personality and the two people who work out behind her are nice to watch. The music is MUCH better than the original Reebok step video. I wouldn't recommend this tape as a first step tape, because the steps are more complicated and it doesn't show what an intense low-impact workout step can be, but I do think it's a great addition to the original Reebok step aerobic tape.Movie Review: At first I didn't like it...

I had a hard time following her at first...and that accent was driving me nuts...and the background scene is annoying. But after doing it a couple of times its definately fun...but I wish it was LONGER. If you are more advanced its a good warm up. But if you like doing step you will probably like this. I loved this video a lot! Petra Kolber is my favorite aerobics instructor because she embellishes basic aerobics moves with jazzy and funky flavor. Her choreography makes me look forward to working out every single second of the video. Her moves are very inspiring and for me, she's the best! Keep up the excellent work Petra!
