Movie Review: The Best of the Pretty Sammy movies
Summary: 5 Stars
Of the three specials based on the Tenchi spin-off "Magical Project S" this is the best. The crayon drawings at the beginning add a sweet third deminsion to the character of Sasami, which is beneficial to new viewers who aren't familiar with the Tenchi characters and a delight of Tenchi fans who just can't get enough of Sasami. In this adventure, Sammy has to battle a computer corperation bent on world domination. The social commentary of society based around major corperations is brought to life with charming humor that shows this anime doesn't take itself *too* seriously. Also, the voice casting in the English dubbed version is spot on. For once in a dubbed anime, the characters sound how they look. This is a must for any fan of animation.
