I just recently saw this in a children's lit class. WOW!!!! This is a fabulous movie for kids and adults. I wish I could get my hands on a copy for myself. If you have any connection with the "ones-that-be" of re-releasing this please help. I wouldn't want any child to miss this great movie.Movie Review: This video is great for children and adults.

My kids and I have seen portions of this video and loved it! I remember the Really Rosie album from my childhood, and when I saw Maurice Sendak's animation, it was such a treat. My kids have rented a beat up copy of this over and over again at the video store (it's actually only parts of Really Rosie along with other M. Sendak animations, including Where the Wild Things Are). Hope it's in stock soon!Movie Review: This is a very good children's video|

I think Maurice Sendak does a good job expressing a child's view of his or her world and what is going on in it. I find the illustrations in his books very amusing and generally right on target.
