Movie Review: VERY remedial, but still good.
Summary: 5 Stars
Although I've been doing advanced Callanetics for years now, I ordered a used copy of this tape just in case I'd missed something where form was concerned. At this point, I think I own every book and video ever produced by Ms. Pinckney and I've learned something valuable from ALL of them.
Unfortunately, I found "Beginning Callanetics" to be way too remedial for me; however, it's probably the perfect place to start for someone who is extremely out of condition due to advanced age, illness or injury. (Hence the reason I'm still giving it five stars.) Those factors aside, most everyone can start with the first video "Callanetics/Ten Years Younger in Ten Hours" and work their way up if they want to.
